Metal Framing Specialists
Panelized light gauge steel framing solutions for residential and commercial construction. Engineered for strength, efficiency, and accelerated build schedules — a modern alternative to traditional wood framing.
Every capability below is delivered by Trinity crews on the job site — not subcontracted. That means tighter quality control, cleaner schedules, and one accountable team from start to finish.
Pre-engineered, factory-precise wall panels assembled on-site for faster erection and tighter tolerances. Cold-formed steel studs and track deliver consistent quality across every wall section.
Light gauge steel trusses and floor joists engineered to span wide openings without interior load-bearing walls. Ideal for open-concept residential layouts and commercial spaces.
Complete steel framing packages for single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. Steel framing resists termites, rot, warping, and fire — delivering a structure that holds its shape for the life of the building.
Interior and exterior metal stud framing for office buildings, retail spaces, medical facilities, and multi-family housing. Load-bearing and non-load-bearing systems to spec.
Six things you get with Trinity that you won't get from a broker who subs the work out and disappears until the next invoice.
Every project follows the same disciplined sequence — so estimates hold, schedules stick, and quality stays consistent from the first site walk to final walkthrough.

Phase 05
Inspection and integration with mechanical trades
Phase 06
Sheathing and weather-tight enclosure
The material cost is often comparable or slightly higher than wood, but the total project cost can be lower due to faster installation, less waste, and fewer callbacks from warping or settling. Steel framing also delivers long-term savings through durability and reduced maintenance.
Absolutely. We build complete residential structures using light gauge steel — walls, floor systems, and roof trusses. It's the same approach used in commercial construction, adapted for residential applications.
We work with standard cold-formed steel ranging from 25-gauge for non-load-bearing interior partitions up to 12-gauge for heavy load-bearing walls and structural members. The engineering determines the gauge required for each application.
Tell us about your project. We'll come out, walk the site, and put together a detailed, transparent estimate — no high-pressure sales, no hidden line items.
